Custom Items (Engraved Bottles)

All engraved stainless steel bottles are made to order and cannot be returned or exchanged unless they arrive damaged, defective, or there is an error on our part (e.g. incorrect engraving). Please double-check all personalization details before submitting your order.

Damage or Defects

If your item arrives damaged or with a manufacturing defect:

  • Contact us within 7 days of delivery.
  • Provide clear photos of the item and packaging.
  • If approved we will offer a replacement or refund.

Can I change or cancel my order?

If orders are standard items and not customised and are in original packaging. Items can then be sent back or changed.

How Do I Care For My New Stainless Bottle?

Care Instructions for Your Insulated Stainless Steel Bottle

To keep your insulated stainless steel bottle in top condition and ensure long-lasting performance, follow these care instructions:

Cleaning & Maintenance

Hand Wash Recommended: Wash your bottle with warm soapy water after each use. Use a bottle brush for thorough cleaning.

Avoid Harsh Cleaners: Do not use bleach, chlorine, or abrasive scrubbers, as they may damage the finish.

Rinse Thoroughly: Always rinse well after washing to remove any soap residue.

Deep Clean as Needed: For a deep clean, mix a solution of vinegar and baking soda, let it sit for 30 minutes, then rinse thoroughly.

Dos & Don'ts

Do:

  • Dry your bottle completely after washing to prevent odours.
  • Store with the lid off to allow air flow.
  • Use warm or coldl iquids as intended.

Don’t:

  • Put your bottle in the dishwasher (unless marked dishwasher safe).
  • Soak in hot water for long periods.
  • Use for carbonated drinks or dairy-based liquids for extended periods, as they can cause odours.
  • Freeze or microwave your bottle, as it can damage the insulation.

Do you offer warranties on your products?

Warranty Policy – Stainless Steel Insulated Bottles

Our stainless steel insulated bottles come with a 12-month
limited warranty
from the date of purchase.

What’s Covered:

  • Manufacturing defects in materials or workmanship.
  • Faulty insulation (e.g. bottle not retaining temperature).
  • Defective lids or seals

What’s Not Covered:

  • General wear and tear (scratches, dents, fading).
  • Damage caused by drops, misuse, or neglect.
  • Dishwasher damage (unless bottle is marked dishwasher-safe).
  • Engraving errors made by the customer.
  • Modifications or repairs not done by us

How to Claim:

  • Contact us at fullphaseengrave@gmail.com within 12 months of purchase.
  • Provide proof of purchase and photos of the issue.
  • If approved, we’ll send a replacement or refund – at our discretion.

Note: Warranty is void if the product has been used
outside normal conditions or instructions provided.
